I have sensitive ears or skin. What should I look for?
Look for sterling silver, solid gold, titanium, niobium or listings marked hypoallergenic or nickel-free. If the listing doesn't say what the hooks or clasps are made of, ask the maker.
Can I send jewellery as a gift?
Yes. Enter the recipient's address for delivery at checkout. Many makers send pieces in a gift box or pouch, and the listing usually says how it's packaged.
How do I look after handmade jewellery?
Keep it dry, take it off before swimming or bathing, and store pieces separately so they don't scratch or tangle. Our makers also sell jewellery storage.
