Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Breezyshores. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Delivery Areas
We currently only offer shipping to addresses within the United Kingdom. At this time, we do not ship internationally.
2. Shipping Rates & Costs
We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders. There are no hidden delivery charges or minimum spend requirements.
3. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Note: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
4. Delivery Estimates
While we strive for speed, delivery usually takes 3-5 business days after the order has been processed.
5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has despatched, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
6. Damages Breezyshores is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Cancellation Policy

​You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

​Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
​If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
​3. Return Shipping Costs

​Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

​Recommendations: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
​4. Items Not Eligible for Return
​The following items cannot be returned or exchanged. Earring, Bespoke items.
​Items on clearance or marked as "Final Sale".
