What if I have sensitive ears?
Look for hooks and posts in sterling silver, titanium or niobium, or listings marked hypoallergenic or nickel-free. If the listing doesn't say, ask the maker using the Contact seller button before you order.
Can I return earrings?
Pierced earrings can be excluded from returns for hygiene reasons, so check the maker's returns policy on their shop page before you buy. Faulty items can always be returned.
Will they look like the photos?
Very close, but handmade pieces can vary slightly in colour and shape. That is part of what makes each pair yours.
