Incorrect Addresses

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels
Once an order has been shipped, delays caused by the courier are outside of our control.

Due to the handmade nature of the products, we do not issue refunds unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Please read this policy carefully before placing your order, as all items are handmade and many are made to order or personalised.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase unless work has already started on your order.
After this time, cancellations may not be possible, especially for:
Personalised items
Custom made to order products
Resin items that cannot be resold.
Custom greetings cards that cannot be resold.

Returns
Due to the handmade and personalised nature of our products, we do not generally accept returns.
Returns will only be considered if:
The item arrives damaged
The wrong item was sent
The item is faulty upon arrival
To request a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

A description of the issue
Clear photographs of the item and packaging
Items must be unused and returned in their original condition where applicable.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the error was made by us.
Non-Returnable Items

Resin products with natural handmade variations
Earrings and hygiene-sensitive jewellery
Sale or clearance items
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for:

Incorrect colour or size selections

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, we may offer a replacement at our discretion depending on stock and product availability.
