What I make: An eclectic collection of crafts. Hand dyed Pure Silk Scarves, Home Decor pieces and Papercraft items. I also re-purpose my son's used guitar strings and make bangles from them. i hated the idea of them going to waste and into landfill !
What makes my products special: Each of my pure silk scarves are totally unique. The technique I use always creates beautiful colour combinations and patterns for each scarf, making them totally individual and OOAK. They are elegant and sumptuous. My butterflies are layered and have a 3d effect. These can be made in many colour combinations and make beautiful wall decorations or can be displayed on an easel and placed on a console or table.

I usually ship within 1-2 working days Bespoke or commissioned pieces will take longer. I re-use postal bags and containers where possible as I hate waste
The seller agree that the buyer has a right to terminate the contract and return the item even if the item is not faulty in any way (this is the consumer's right in UK law). They have the right to do this up to 14 days after receipt of the items and a full refund including the cost of the outgoing postage must be made within 14 days of the seller receiving the returned item(s), or within 14 days of the buyer providing evidence that the item(s) have been returned (e.g. proof of postage), whichever is sooner The buyer is responsible for the return postage costs. Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements;.
The buyer must inform the seller if they wish to cancel the order and they must do this in writing (email or direct message). Sellers must provide a full refund of the cost of the item and any postage costs within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned item(s), or within 14 days of the buyer providing evidence that the item(s) have been returned (e.g. proof of postage), whichever is sooner. If the goods have not yet been sent, refunds must be provided within 14 days of receipt of the notification of cancellation.
