Each oyster shell is hand painted with a delicate floral design and finished with gold painted edges. The trinket dish is decorated using decoupage techniques and sealed with Poly-vine varnish to protect the design and make it easy to wipe clean with a damp cloth.

The shell holds jewellery, coins, buttons or other small keepsakes. At 5 by 11 centimetres, it sits neatly on a bedside table or dressing table.
