Creating handmade greeting cards that are not in the high street and only one card is available for any one design. The cards are made from shop quality card ranging from 250gsm to 300gsm in thickness making them sturdy, some have a scalloped edge. The embellishments are quality stock card, small sparkling gems, and some satin or organza ribbon. Postage is included in the price. All cards are posted 2nd Class Royal Mail this helps to reduce the price of the card. The cards are sent in a bubblewrap envelopes to help protect them through their journey.
Shop Policies
Shipping is 2nd Class Post Royal Mail. Proof of postage is obtained. Please ensure to order well in advance due to postal times this is to reduce the price of the card due to the postal costs increasing.
All cards are posted in bubblewrap secure envelopes marked fragile.
Shipped in 1-2 business days Monday to Friday.
A refund is issued for the following:
Items received damaged through the postal journey, an image would be appreciated for this.
An incorrect item despatched.
An item received damaged other than via postal journey - please note some embellishments are not flush with the card this gives them a 'stepped-up look' and is intentional.
The colours on the embellishments may look slightly different to the images online due to the light they are taken in. This is unavoidable as the cards are made in a home environment and not a shop or factory. The embellishments are printed from an inkjet printer, this also helps to reduce costs.
All items are carefully inspected before being despatched.
There are no refunds or exchanges should there be a change of mind once the card is received. So please ensure the card ordered is the one desired.
Any cancellations must be made before despatch.
