Please note: we recommend keeping them out of reach of curious pets who might mistake them for chew toys!

What we will do to enhance your sign: Unless you specifically tell us how to lay out your text (line separations etc.), we’ll format your text and use multiple lines where appropriate, to make the best use of the available sign space and ensure it can be read from the greatest distance possible.
What we won’t do: Unless you ask us to, we won’t correct your spelling or grammar! To question it would be disrespectful to our customers’ wishes and literacy, so please double check it’s exactly what you want engraved. We will engrave exactly what you tell us to.
Message content: Please remember that human beings design and format these signs – we don’t mind swearing, but wholly offensive messages will be politely declined. We won’t list types of ‘offensiveness’ here, but we’ll let you know if it’s not for us.
Design previews: If you’d like to see how your sign will look before we engrave it, once you’ve placed your order please ask for a preview and we’ll send you one for approval before engraving. We can’t produce previews before the order’s placed (as the price you see covers our cost of designing it), but we want your sign to be right for you so we’ll gladly double check things with you.
Graphics: If you’d like a graphic added to your sign – common requests are paw prints and wine glasses – please let us know. We can usually add simple graphics for free.
