13″ x 16″ Original, Framed pastel portrait of a beige and cream Shitzu dog.
Hand-drawn in pastels, built up in layers of colour to produce this cute pet portrait.
Initially drawn out onto pastel paper, I then put base layers of pastel down, picking out the lightest and darkest areas first. Further layers of colour are added, mindful of tonal values and form. The portrait is completed after final details are added.
A delightful addition for any Shitzu owner or fan of the breed.
