Items will be shipped by Royal Mail, with insurance, tracking & signature.
Refunds may be honoured on none commissioned items,: After an item is returned with reasonable cause, and where the customer is responsible for return postal charges, a refund will be. made up to the item cost only..
No refund is available on commissioned items, due to the personalised nature , unless damaged in transit or with reasonable cause to do so, in which case the same rules as for none commissioned artwork applies, with the additional clause that a refund up to the item cost MINUS 30% DEPOSIT will be honoured.
In every case, the customer must notify me of a problem with their purchase BEFORE returning it.
A refund may be made on the cancellation of an item if it is requested BEFORE said item has been shipped, otherwise
the return policy applies.
Due to the nature of " Custom Pet Portraits " artworks, being unique and individual pieces , no exchange is available.
