Handmade copper wire weave Picture Jasper non-tarnishing pendant

I designed and handmade this copper wire weave pendant. It has a graceful teardrop shape and I accentuated its curves by using bare copper wire, which also created highlights and a sense of movement to this piece of jewellery.

After hand polishing, I oxidised this pendant to give an antique finish and to show off the different texture of each of the three differing wire weaves.

After polishing again, I applied a liberal coating of Everbrite which will prevent tarnishing and create a barrier between the copper and your skin.

The pendant hangs from an 18 inch, manufactured, antique copper colour, Cable Link chain with an attractive Lobster clasp.

This pendant measures approximately 3.5 cm in length (1.5 inches.)
