Shop Policies
All items are handmade ‘one offs' unless specifically stated. Please allow up to 7 days for dispatch and up to 28 days for bespoke orders. Orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 1st Class.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
As all of our items are handmade or made to order, return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled. (See Returns)
Cancellation can be made within 14 days.
Returns are accepted if made within 7 days of receipt and we (Crystal Waves) are notified beforehand. Items must be in their original packaging and condition and be unused.
Earring are not returnable.
