Returns Policy When utilising CMUK, sellers acknowledge that the buyer retains the right to terminate the contract and return the item, even if the item is not defective (in accordance with the consumer rights under UK law). Unless the seller has stated otherwise, the buyer is responsible for paying for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty. Sellers are obligated to issue a complete refund, covering the item’s cost and any associated postage expenses, within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned item(s) or within 14 days of the buyer furnishing evidence of the item(s) being returned (e.g., proof of postage), whichever occurs sooner. In cases where the goods have not yet been dispatched, refunds must be processed within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notification. Return of faulty goods The consumer has a right to return goods if they develop a fault within six months of receipt of the goods. Depending on the circumstances, they may be entitled to a refund (full or partial), a repair or replacement. Lost items If the item is lost in transit then, unless proven otherwise, the seller should assume the contract is terminated and provide a refund or deliver the same item.
