I create OOAK cloth and needle-felted art dolls (although I don't really think of the needle-felted people as 'dolls'). Each one is unique, each one has character and qualities that set them apart. I don't make many; they arrive when they choose and take shape over many hours.
I use fabric, trim and other embellishments left over from my days creating unusual people-sized costumes, puppets and props in theatre and from running a theatrical costume store.
These days, I live in a tiny house, so creating tiny people seems very appropriate!

Delivery is via Parcelforce 48-hour, tracked.
I will always re-use boxes and packaging whenever I can. Because of this, you may find that the box your art doll arrives in is made from 2 boxes... It will always be strong and secure, well taped and covered in brown paper. Inside, your doll will be cushioned with whatever suitable packaging I'm using in the moment.
Under UK consumer law, buyers generally have the right to cancel a purchase and return goods within 14 days of receiving them, even if the item is not defective.
The buyer is responsible for return postage costs, and the refund process will be initiated when the item is received.
If you need to cancel an order, please do so as soon as you can - before shipping if possible.
Returns are accepted within 14 days and a full refund for the item will be issued via the original method of payment.
This may take up to 10 days to be completed.
If damage has occurred in transit please take photos and let me know as soon as possible.
