Welcome to my store, a place where quality is no 1 and your happiness and satisfaction is number 1 too.
I aim to provide you with a wide range of items that I have made myself on my best friend (my laser machine) and all my items are checked and finished by me and if I am not 100% happy with them they are binned.
But please take a look and purchase and of course if you are not 100% happy with the quality etc then I am happy to issue you a refund, as long as they are in an unused condition and arrive back as they left me.
I will be adding things regularly so please keep calling in and have a look at what's new.
Shop Policies
All items are shipped out within 5 days of the order receipt. they will be packaged well to withstand the rigours of the postal system. most items are sent out via Evri home delivery, but occasionally by Royal Mail.
If your item is damaged in transit please get in touch straight away.
if you do not like your item I will refund, but it must be in an unused state and arrive back to me in the condition that it arrived to you.
Once the item is checked your item will be refunded.
Buyer pays for all postage costs and this is non refundable.
If an item is personalised with name date etc this cannot be cancelled.
I am happy to exchange/refund an item as long as it is in an unused state. Buyer must pay the cost of all postage..
All exchanges will be done once I have the original back, please put a note in with your item saying who you are and what you would like it exchanged with. this will save any confusion.
