The Squirrel is nestled in amongst oak tree leaves in beautiful Autumn shades against a forget-me-not blue background. The wool shades really stand out.

This design would be suitable for any level of experience. A great small project for starting to learn tapestry stitches and a fun project for a dedicated stitcher.

There’s a partner design which is the same Squirrel design against a dramatic dark background. This is in a separate listing.

Sewn using Victorian cross stitch, no need for a frame. Just hold the canvas as you sew.

This kit is a cross stitch kit, but if you would prefer to use needlepoint, I can exchange the 10HPI canvas for 12HPI you.
