What name would you like on the design? Unless stated otherwise, it will be sewn on the front of the jumper.

Please state whether you would like the flowers/hearts around the name and if you would like to dot an 'i' etc with one.

If the name has more than 7 letters, it is an extra £2 per letter.

Please state if you would like a teddy, car or anything else similar eg. unicorn, fairy.
