Every order is made especially for you. Whether you're adding names, photos, dates or a special message, I'll work with you to create a design you'll love. Before printing, I send a digital mock-up for approval, giving you the opportunity to make any changes before your order is completed.

Shop Policies
At Sublimation Nation Gifts, every item is made to order and personalised especially for you.
• Orders are designed and prepared within 1–3 working days.
• A digital mock-up will be sent for approval where applicable before printing begins.
• Once approved, your order will be professionally printed and carefully packaged.
• Orders are shipped using a tracked postal service where available.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the postal service.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order, as we cannot accept responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Customer satisfaction is very important to us.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
As every personalised item is made specifically to your requirements, refunds cannot be offered for:
• Spelling mistakes or incorrect information supplied by the customer.
• Change of mind after production has started.
• Approved designs that have already been printed.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Orders may be cancelled before production begins.
Once you have approved your design and printing has started, cancellations cannot be accepted.
Due to the personalised nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless:
• The item arrives damaged.
• The item is faulty.
• We have made an error with your order.
