I don't make two identical items (unless it's a pair), so whatever you choose, yours will be one of a kind.
Even when I make something similar, I like to change things up — it might be the length, style, colour or wool. So there's always something a little different.
I'm always creating new woolly goodies too, so keep an eye on the shop for new things appearing!

UK Shipping Included
All purchases include shipping within the United Kingdom, so there are no additional postage charges to pay at checkout.
Your handmade items will be carefully packaged with love and sent directly to you, ready to enjoy.
Please note that, at this time, I only ship to UK addresses.
Refund & Returns Policy
Quality Checked With Care
As each item is handmade with care, I personally check every purchase before it is packaged and shipped to ensure it is in excellent condition.
Refunds are only offered if your item arrives damaged. If your purchase arrives damaged, please get in touch as soon as possible with details and photographs of the damage so I can help resolve the issue.
Unfortunately, I’m unable to offer refunds or returns for change of mind, incorrect choice, or normal wear and tear.
I want you to be happy with your handmade purchase, so if there is a problem with your order, please contact me and I’ll do my best to help.

I do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect choice, or simply no longer wanting the item. Every item is personally checked before being packaged and shipped to make sure it is in excellent condition.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me as soon as possible with photographs of the item and its packaging. I will be happy to discuss the best way to resolve the issue.
