Cancelling an order
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us through Crafters Market UK as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched or production has not progressed, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

For most online purchases, you also have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods, even if the order has already been dispatched.

Personalised and custom-made items
Items made to your specifications, including personalised products and custom-designed gifts, are generally exempt from the usual 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
