Once the payment has been received and cleared the shipping of the product will be aimed at being between 3 to 5 working days.
If an unfortunate event comprises where a refund is required, if the item purchased has not been despatched a full refund will be given.
If the purchased item has been despatched, upon its return (paid for by the buyer) a full refund of the item will be given once the returned item has been returned undamaged.
A return of a purchased item will be accepted within 7 days of the purchase, a full refund will be given upon the return of the item(if despatched) and received undamaged, return postage will be paid for by the buyer.
