Kiln-carved Glass Dog Suncatcher – lots of breeds!

These beautiful dog suncatchers were created using a technique called “kiln carving”, where a shape is “carved” into the back of the glass. Bubbles form during the firing process and add character to the piece.

The listed breeds are currently available but I’m adding more over time. Please contact me if you’d like to request a particular one. I’m also happy to take requests for an existing breed in one of the other colours – just get in touch.

Fused glass is an art form and includes natural variations in the glass, including small blemishes and different numbers of bubbles. The canine suncatchers are approximately 8 cm tall, plus hanging hook and ribbon. The width varies by breed, between approximately 5 cm and 8 cm. Ribbon colours may vary. All of my packaging is reused and/or recyclable.
