Fused Glass Cat Face – choice of designs, made to order

Description

A unique piece of fused glass artwork, depicting a cat’s face. Each component of these cat’s faces were handmade by me, and fired in my kiln overnight to create these wall hangings.

The versions with a clear background have translucent green eyes that catch the light beautifully from different angles. The versions with a black background have opaque eyes and stand out well against any backdrop. All versions hang from a purple twine. If you’d like a variation that you can’t see listed here (e.g. with a black background and the colourful dots outlining the shape), please get in touch and I can make one for you.

My fused glass is very tactile, and can be enjoyed by blind people as well as those with 20/20 vision and anywhere in between. Each feature of these cats’ faces are raised from the surface of the clear background glass.

Every item I make is individually handcrafted and unique, so there might be slight variations between the item photographed and the item you receive – but the basic size, design, layout and colours will be the same. Fused glass is an art form and includes natural variations in the glass, including small bubbles or blemishes. My designs are all original.

This item is made to order. My dispatch times for “made to order” items are usually 3-4 weeks, but please send me a message if you need something more urgently and I will see what I can do.
