Description

This necklace features a genuine piece of olive green sea glass found on Marazion beach in Cornwall. Each piece is unique, naturally shaped and smoothed by the sea, making every necklace one of a kind.

The sea glass is carefully hand-wrapped in hypoallergenic, tarnish-resistant 316L stainless steel wire. It hangs on a delicate 18 inch (45 cm) stainless steel snake chain, perfect for everyday wear. The pendant measures about 23 mm by 20 mm.

It’s a lovely choice for anyone who enjoys simple, coastal style jewellery or wants a small keepsake from the sea. It works well as a thoughtful gift or a personal treat and comes with the charm of being handmade in Cornwall.

Please note, as each piece of sea glass is entirely unique and presented in its original form, there may be very slight imperfections or markings. Due to its unique shape, each wire wrap design is also individual to each piece. Please see individual photos noting that colours may vary slightly due to differing phone or computer screens.

Delivery

Items are currently only dispatched within the UK.

Processing and dispatch time is usually within 1-3 days.

Orders are shipped via Royal Mail or InPost.

Standard Shipping – £2.40. Delivery usually takes 2–4 business days after dispatch. Tracking not included.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 – £3.60. Delivery usually takes 2–4 business days after dispatch. Tracking included.

Delivery times will vary with UK destinations taking normally between 3-5 working days.

Lost or Delayed Parcels - Royal Mail considers an item lost after 10 working days. If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, get in touch and I will open a claim with Royal Mail.

Returns

Refunds - Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 working days of the item being safely received and inspected.

Cancellation

Please note that colours may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to different display settings.

Returns - Please notify me within 14 days from delivery should you wish to return your item. Returns must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

Please note that earrings cannot be returned or refunded due to hygiene reasons.

Return Shipping - Customers are responsible for return postage costs. It is advised to use Royal Mail Signed For or Special Delivery to ensure safe return, as refunds can only be processed for items received.

Damaged or Faulty Items - If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and provide a photo of the issue. If the item has been damaged in transit, please also retain the packaging and provide a photo of that too. I’ll do my very best to resolve the situation promptly, whether that’s a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the circumstances. Please note replacements for handmade pieces will not be identical due to the unique nature of the sea glass.
