Handmade from sustainable British Oak
Each fox chopping board is handmade using carefully selected British ethically grown hardwood . We hand-pick our timber for both its appearance and performance, and use timber sourced from sustainable sources.
At approximately 2cm thick , this solid Oak board is substantial enough for everyday kitchen use while also making an attractive serving board for cheese, bread, snacks and entertaining.
Natural, food-safe finish
This is an entirely natural wooden product. We don’t use plastics or lacquers.
The board is assembled using premium, water-safe, food-contact-approved adhesive and finished with carefully selected oils suitable for food contact.
Each board is treated with:
– Plant-based worktop oil for deep penetration
– Pure food-grade mineral oil
– Citrus oil for a rich colour and a subtle orange scent
– The result is a beautiful, natural Oak chopping board that’s made to be enjoyed for years.
Care instructions
To keep your fox looking his best, simply wipe clean with a damp cloth .
Please do not put the board in the dishwasher . Not only could it damage the wood, but we’re fairly sure this particular fox would eat the plumbing.
