Shop Policies
There be a shipping cost and will be handled with care and you will receive your item within the next 4-5 working days but personalised item can take bit longer and on high demand at busy time of the year can talk a little longer but we will stay in contact with you if you have any questions you can email or call
Refund only on broken items and you must give the right information if the item is personalised, if you have given the wrong information this will not be refundable
You can cancelled your order 24hours after you made your order and you will be refunded but not on personalised items
