The crumb catcher bread board designed to be functional and attractive at the same time
the slatted top lifts to reveal the captured crumbs and can be used as a seperate trivet or cooling stand
while the base can be used separatly as a bread tray, the crumb catcher would look great on any breakfast table.

these boards are hand finished with a oil based varnish on the base and waxed with one of my own formula standard paste wax or if you prefer my vegan paste wax just let me know which one you’d like, the paste wax adds a further layer of protection to the board when applied regularly, The removeable trivet is treated with a food safe oil.
this has to be my favorite piece in my collection, it was the first piece I designed and built and its been a big hit with friends and family !
