Most frankincense skincare contains only the essential oil, produced by steam distillation, which does not contain the resin acids. Boswellic acids, including AKBA, are naturally concentrated within the resin and can be accessed through our professional extraction methods. This is what makes our facial oil different.
Lightweight and quick-absorbing with a silky, refined texture, it can be used morning or evening – either alone or layered under other products. Triple filtered with lab-grade Whatman filters to ensure your facial oil is smooth and clear. Suitable for normal, dry, mature, and combination skin types. The scent is a light, citrusy sweet orange and lemon, naturally occurring from the frankincense carterii resin infused in the oil, balanced with organic lavender and a touch of helichrysum essential oils.
HOW TO USE:
Dispense 2–4 drops into clean palms and apply gently to the face and neck. Can be used on dry or freshly misted skin for even application. Suitable for use morning or night as part of your preferred skincare routine. Should your skin feel dry, apply a light moisturiser first to lock in hydration. Facial oil will nourish your skin; a water-based moisturiser will provide the hydration.

FULL INGREDIENTS
– Carterii and Yellow Frankincense Powder Extract 3% – naturally containing boswellic acids including AKBA, KBA, α-boswellic acid, and β-boswellic acid
– Organic Prickly Pear Seed Oil (Opuntia ficus-indica Seed Oil) – a rare cold-press ed oil high in vitamin E and rich in linoleic acid
– Cold-Pressed Pomegranate Seed Oil (Punica Granatum Seed Oil) – exceptionally high in punicic acid (omega-5), a rare conjugated fatty acid found in few other plant oils
– Organic Cold-Pressed Rosehip Oil (Rosa canina Fruit Oil) – a natural source of provitamin A (beta-carotene) and essential fatty acids
– Organic Cold-Pressed Jojoba Oil (Simmondsia chinensis Seed Oil) infused with Carterii and Yellow Frankincense resin – technically a liquid wax rather than an oil, with a molecular structure closely resembling the skin’s natural sebum; naturally containing vitamin E, vitamin B complex, and plant sterols including campesterol and beta-sitosterol
– Squalane (olive-derived) – lightweight, stable plant lipid that leaves a refined, non-greasy finish
– Natural Vitamin E (Tocopherol) – plant-sourced antioxidant that helps maintain product freshness
