As our products are handmade using natural ingredients, please allow 2–5 working days for your order to be lovingly prepared before dispatch.
During seasonal launches or busy periods, preparation times may be slightly extended — but we promise your order is being made with care, not haste.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your parcel begins its journey to you.

We currently ship within the United Kingdom using trusted Royal Mail services, including:
• Tracked 48 (2–3 working days)
• Tracked 24 (1–2 working days)
Delivery timeframes begin once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on parcel weight and delivery service selected.
We may occasionally offer complimentary UK shipping on orders over £20 — a small thank you for supporting our independent business.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional postage may be required to resend it.

Please note: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on partially used skincare items for hygiene reasons.
Refunds will be processed once the returned items are received and inspected. Please allow 5–7 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

If your order arrives damaged or a product is faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
