Your dashboard at a glance: what each tab does

Last updated on September 22, 2026

Your dashboard is where you run your shop. The menu down the left side (or behind the menu button on a phone) has more in it than you need on day one, so this guide walks the list from top to bottom and says what each part is for. Treat it as a map. Nothing here needs doing today.

The setup checklist

While your shop is new, the Overview page shows Get your shop ready, four steps that take you from approved to selling: add your branding, list your first product, connect Stripe, and set up shipping. Each step links to the page where you do it and to a guide that explains it. When all four are done the checklist goes away. If you ever want it back, go to Settings, then General, and click Reset Setup Checklist.

  • Products. Everything you have listed, drafts included. The Add product button lives here, along with Listing Health scores and the Duplicate button.
  • Orders. Every sale. Open one to see what was bought, mark it dispatched, add tracking or request a refund. See After a sale.
  • Notifications. The same alerts as the bell at the top of the page: new orders, new messages, reviews, withdrawal updates and so on. Mark All as Read and Delete All keep it tidy.
  • Messages. Conversations with shoppers, before and after they buy. See Messages.
  • Reviews. What customers have said about your products, and where you reply publicly.
  • Media. Every photo and file you have uploaded, and where each one is used.

  • Withdrawals. Your balance, and moving money to your bank through Stripe. See Understanding payments.
  • Refunds. The refund requests you have made and their status.
  • Reports. Your transaction ledger, with a CSV export for your accounts.

  • Help Centre. Opens a panel with guides for the screen you are on, plus a search box. The same guides live at crafters.market/help.
  • Raise a ticket. Reaches the Crafter’s Market team when a guide does not cover it. Tell us the order number or product name and we can look from our side.

Settings

Settings has its own row of tabs: General (your name, email, password and phone), Store (shop name, description, banner, logo, contact details and holiday mode), Store Front (the order products appear on your shop page), SEO, Policies, Attributes, Shipping Profiles, Payment Settings (Stripe), Subscription, Invoice Settings, Social Media (the Meta product feed) and Deactivate Account.

On your phone

The dashboard works in a phone browser, and there is a seller app for orders, stock and messages on the go. See The seller app.
