Linking your shop to Facebook and Instagram

Last updated on September 22, 2026

There are two ways to connect your social accounts. The first puts links on your shop page. The second sends your products to Meta so you can tag them in Instagram posts and stories and in a Facebook shop, with checkout still happening here.

Links on your shop page

Go to Settings, then Store, and scroll to Social Media. Paste your Facebook URL, Instagram URL and Twitter URL, then save. The icons appear on your shop front.

Sending your products to Meta

This uses a product feed: a private web address that lists your published products with their prices and photos, which Meta reads on a schedule. You will need a Meta Business account for this.

  1. Go to Settings, then Social Media, and find Meta Product Catalog.
  2. Switch on Enable Product Feed. Your Product Feed URL appears. It is unique to your shop, so keep it private.
  3. Click Open Meta Commerce Manager and select your business account.
  4. Create or Select a Catalog.
  5. In the catalogue go to Catalog, then Data Sources, then Add Items, then Data Feed.
  6. Choose the Use a URL option and paste your feed URL.
  7. Set the update schedule. Hourly or daily keeps the catalogue in step with your shop.

What goes in the feed

All your published products that have a price and an image. Drafts, and anything missing a price or photo, are left out automatically. When you change a price or add a product here, Meta picks it up on the next scheduled update.

If the URL gets out

Click Regenerate Feed URL. The old address stops working, so paste the new one into Commerce Manager.

What you can do once it is connected

Tag products in Instagram posts, stories and reels, and list them in your Facebook shop. Tapping a tag brings the shopper to your listing on Crafter’s Market, where they pay as normal. For quick one-off posts without the feed, Marketing, then Marketing Suite shares a product to your accounts directly.
