CMUK Seller Shop Manager is our free app for iPhone and Android. It signs in with the same email and password as your dashboard and gives you the day-to-day parts of running your shop wherever you are.
Getting it
- Download on the App Store for iPhone and iPad.
- Get it on Google Play for Android.
Open it and sign in with your Crafter’s Market email and password. Allow notifications when it asks, otherwise you will miss the best part.
What you can do in the app
- Orders. See new orders the moment they arrive, mark them as dispatched and add tracking from the post office queue.
- Products and stock. Edit prices, change stock levels and pause a listing that has sold out.
- Photos. Add photos to your media library straight from your phone camera.
- Notifications. Push alerts for new orders and messages from the marketplace team.
- Support. Raise a ticket without opening a laptop.
What still needs the dashboard
Anything you do once and rarely touch again: connecting Stripe, shipping profiles, shop branding, membership changes and withdrawals. Sit down with a cup of tea and do those on the website.
Signed out or not getting notifications?
Sign out and back in. If notifications have stopped, check the app is allowed to send them in your phone’s settings, then open the app once so it reconnects. Changing your password on the website signs the app out; that is by design.
