Each order is carefully packed to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

All items will be dispatched to the address provided, on the next working day after the order is placed.

Options:
- Evri Standard Delivery - delivery within 2 - 4 working days from dispatch - free of charge
- Evri Next Day Delivery - Delivery in 1 working day to most UK destinations* - £2.00 per item
- Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery - Available for some small items, see individual listings - Next Day Delivery aim** - free of charge
Variations to this policy, such as delayed dispatch, will be noted under the heading *VACATION MODE* on each listing.

Returns

If you’re not happy with your purchase, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order.

I’m always happy to help resolve any issues. Refunds are offered for items that arrive damaged or faulty. Please contact me with a photo of the issue so I can sort it out for you as quickly as possible.

Personalised or custom-made items cannot be refunded unless they arrive faulty.

Cancellation

Cancellations are accepted before your order has been dispatched.
Once an item has been posted, I’m unable to cancel the order.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges can be arranged—just send me a message and we’ll sort it out together.
