Delivery

Shipping Policy

All GRey Seal Art orders are carefully packaged to help keep your artwork safe on its journey.

UK delivery
Orders are sent by Royal Mail using an appropriate postal service. Postage is included in the price of my products unless otherwise stated.

I aim to dispatch orders within 2–3 working days of receiving your order. Personalised orders may occasionally take a little longer.

Once your order has been posted, delivery times are outside my control, but I’ll always do my best to help if there’s a problem with your delivery.

Expedited delivery

Need your order a little sooner? Please get in touch before placing your order and I’ll do my best to help.

I may be able to arrange a faster dispatch or delivery option where possible, but this cannot be guaranteed and may incur an additional postage cost. I’ll let you know what options are available before proceeding.

Damaged delivery
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible and provide a photo of the packaging and item so I can help resolve the issue.

International delivery
At present, I only offer delivery within the UK.

Returns

I want you to be happy with your purchase from GRey Seal Art. If there’s a problem with your order, please get in touch and I’ll do my best to help.

Damaged or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me as soon as possible, ideally with a photo of the issue. I’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Changed your mind?
For standard, non-personalised items purchased online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. You are responsible for the cost of returning an unwanted item, and it should be returned unused and in its original condition.

Personalised items
Personalised cards and artwork made specifically for you cannot normally be returned simply because you have changed your mind. This does not affect your legal rights if the item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Imperfect Cards

These cards are sold as imperfect seconds and are discounted because they have a small cosmetic imperfection, such as a smudge, mark or other minor flaw.

The imperfection will not affect the card’s intended use, but it is part of the reason the card is sold at a reduced price.

Change of mind

Because these cards are clearly sold and described as imperfect, the disclosed imperfection is not considered a fault and cannot be used as a reason for a refund.

For standard, non-personalised imperfect cards purchased online, you still have your usual statutory cancellation rights if you simply change your mind. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

Undisclosed faults

If an imperfect card has a fault that was not reasonably apparent from its description or photographs, please contact me and I will be happy to discuss an appropriate refund or replacement.

Cancellation

Cancellation Policy

If you change your mind about an order, you can cancel it before it has been dispatched by contacting me through Crafters Market as soon as possible.

Cancelling after dispatch

For standard, non-personalised items purchased online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. You then have a further 14 days to return the item.

The item should be returned unused and in its original condition. Return postage for a change-of-mind cancellation is the responsibility of the customer.

Once the returned item has been received, I will process your refund in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

Personalised items

If you have ordered an item that has been personalised specifically for you, you cannot normally cancel it once work on the personalised item has begun, unless it is faulty, damaged or not as described.
