Alongside traditional designs employing techniques such as split-cup pours and custom inclusions, Dice Gryphon offers a signature Stone-Core Dice design that combines genuine crushed gemstones with striking resin artistry to create distinctive dice which are truly one of a kind. With a focus on craftsmanship, functionality and accessibility, every die pairs beautiful aesthetics with clear, high-contrast numbering, resulting in dice that are readable, rollable and remarkable all at once.
Shop Policies
All orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom using Royal Mail Tracked 48 services.
Orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 working days of purchase. During busy periods, new product launches, or while fulfilling commissioned work, dispatch times may be slightly longer. Any significant delays will be communicated directly.
Orders are packaged and sent in weather-resistant mailers and all dice come in gift-ready tins or boxes for added protection, storage and/or display.

Tracking
Tracking details will be provided once an order has been dispatched.
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Dice Gryphon Games within 14 days of delivery with photographs showing the issue.
Where a product is confirmed to be faulty or damaged in transit, a replacement, repair, partial refund, or full refund may be offered at the discretion of Dice Gryphon Games.
Handmade Product Variations
All dice products are handmade. Product photographs are representative examples of the design being purchased.
Due to the handmade nature of resin casting, painting, and finishing processes, slight variations in colour, pattern, inclusions, and overall appearance should be expected. These variations make every piece unique. As such, these variations are not considered defects and therefore do not qualify for refunds.
Standard Products
Customers may request to cancel an order before it has been dispatched.
Once dispatched, customers have the right to return unused standard products within 14 days of receipt in accordance with UK consumer law.
The customer is responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Returned items must be:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- Returned in a resaleable condition
Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Commissioned or Custom Products
Custom-made or commissioned products cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has begun, except where required by law.
