Disappointed!
The letters were put on the wrong colour dolls. I got in touch with Margaret, our contact and explained to her that these were Christmas presents for my granddaughters please advise. She asked me to return the dolls but before i did i may try and swap the letters, if that fails she will send in time for Xmas. Swapping didn't work as it left glue marks on the dolls so she said she would send the letters on the post so I can stick them on....nothing received!
I will be returning these and expect a full refund. This was the companies mistake and not mine as I suggested she check the order and the invoice which clearly stated my order in detail.
Totally unacceptable considering the cost of these peg dolls!!
