As my products are natural botanical materials and individually prepared by hand, each item is unique and may vary slightly from the photographs.

If your order arrives damaged or there is a problem with your purchase, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and I will do my very best to resolve the issue.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is returned in its original condition. The buyer is responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or damaged in transit.

Custom or personalised orders cannot be returned unless faulty.
