Faulty or damaged items: every care is taken to ensure that all items arrive with you safely, in good condition. Items should be returned to us in suitable packaging within 14 days of notification, and proof of postage must be obtained; once received your refund will be processed within 14 days. Missing items: every order is processed with utmost care and checked before sending. If items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours so that we can resolve this with you.
