Harvest Moon Birthday | The Dark Harvest Collection

Delivery

At Mindful Tranquility UK, we take great care in packaging and dispatching your handmade greeting cards to ensure they arrive safely.

Processing Times
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-5 business days unless otherwise stated. During busy periods, seasonal events, or for custom orders, processing times may be longer. Any significant delays will be communicated as soon as possible.

Delivery Methods
We aim to send all orders using Royal Mail Standard services as our preferred delivery method.
Alternative shipping services may be used where necessary due to parcel size, weight, destination, or other logistical requirements. Customers who require a specific delivery service, tracked shipping, or expedited delivery should contact us before placing their order, as additional charges may apply.

International Shipping
We are currently unable to offer International Shipping

Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are provided by the postal service and are not guaranteed. While most orders arrive within the expected timeframe, occasional delays can occur.
Typical delivery estimates for Royal Mail Standard services are:
- UK deliveries: 2-5 business days after dispatch
Please note that these are estimates only.

Shipping Delays
We aim to dispatch all orders within the estimated processing times stated at the time of purchase. However, once an order has been handed over to the postal or courier service, delivery times are outside of our control.
We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by postal services, couriers, adverse weather conditions, strikes, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Refunds or replacements will not be provided for orders that arrive later than expected due to circumstances beyond our control.

If you believe your order has been lost in transit, please contact us at [email protected] and we will work with the delivery provider to investigate the issue and advise on the next steps.

For time sensitive occasions such as birthdays, weddings, or anniversaries, we recommend placing your order well in advance to allow for any unexpected delays.

Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer. Any costs incurred for returned items or redelivery will be the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

Returns & Refunds Policy
At Mindful Tranquility UK, every greeting card is handmade with care and attention to detail.

Standard Items
If you are not completely satisfied with a non-custom item, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order, provided it is unused and in its original condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Custom & Personalised Orders
Due to the bespoke nature of custom made and personalised greeting cards, custom orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or contain an error made by us.
We encourage customers to carefully review all spelling, wording, dates, and personalisation details before placing their order.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] or contact us via our shop and include:
- Your order number

- Clear photographs showing the damage or fault
Once we have reviewed the issue, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Personalisation
If we have made an error in the personalisation details provided, we will replace or refund the item at no additional cost to you.
However, we cannot accept responsibility for errors supplied by the customer during the ordering process.
