Delivery

CAFH currently ships within the UK.

Each order is carefully packaged by hand and sent to the address provided at the time of purchase.

Ready-to-ship items are usually dispatched within 2–3 working days.

Made-to-order and personalised items may take longer to prepare. The estimated timeframe will be discussed and confirmed with you before your order is finalised.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation and, where applicable, tracking details.

Delivery times may occasionally be affected by the postal service or circumstances outside our control. If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please get in touch and I'll be happy to help.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before confirming your order. CAFH cannot be held responsible for delays or additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

For larger, fragile or particularly delicate pieces, alternative delivery arrangements may be discussed before the order is confirmed.

Returns

At CAFH, every piece is made with care and checked before it is sent out.

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, not as described or does not meet the agreed specifications, please contact me as soon as possible so I can help resolve the issue.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include a repair, replacement or refund, in accordance with your consumer rights.

For eligible cancellations of online orders, refunds will be processed within the applicable legal timeframe once the returned item has been received, where a return is required.

Personalised and custom-made items are not eligible for cancellation simply because you have changed your mind, as these items are made specifically for you. This does not affect your legal rights if the item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method.

If you change your mind about an eligible online order, you may have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order.

If you would like to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please contact me as soon as possible. For made-to-order items, please note that work may already have started once your order has been confirmed.

Personalised & Custom-Made Items

Because personalised and custom-made pieces are created specifically for you, they are not eligible for cancellation or return simply because you have changed your mind.

This does not affect your legal rights if the item is faulty or damaged.

Returns

Where a return is required, please contact me before sending anything back so I can provide the appropriate return instructions.

Returned items should be unused and in their original condition, with any original packaging where reasonably possible.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or not as described, return postage is normally the customer's responsibility where the legal cancellation right applies.

Exchanges

CAFH does not offer direct exchanges as a standard option. If you would like a different item, colour or design, please contact me and I'll do my best to help.
