Shop Policies
Shipping Policy
Every item from ThatCrochetLadyUK is handmade, packaged, and shipped by me right here in London!
• Where We Ship: We currently only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.
• Ready-Made Items: The products currently listed on my shop are already made and ready to post. They will be shipped out within 3 - 5 business days or earlier.
• Custom Orders: If you request a custom order, please note that project timelines vary. It can take anywhere from a few days to a few months to finish your piece. I will always message you with an estimated completion date before I start!
• Shipping Method: All orders are posted across the UK using Royal Mail Tracked 48. Delivery usually takes 2–4 business days once posted.
Refund Policy
Thank you for supporting ThatCrochetLadyUK! Because each item is carefully crocheted by hand, refunds are issued based on the following specific conditions:
Eligible Returns: A refund for the item cost will be processed once the product is returned unused, clean, and in its original condition.
Damaged or Faulty Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. You will receive a full refund (including original shipping) or a replacement.
Custom Orders: Refunds are not available for custom or personalized items unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
Processing Time: Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Cancellation Policy
I understand that plans change!
Please read below if you need to cancel your order.
• Ready-Made Items: You can request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the item has not yet been posted.
• Custom Orders: Cancellations are not accepted once I have already started crocheting your custom project, as it takes significant time and materials.
• Shipped Orders: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been posted.
Returns Policy
Thank you for supporting my small handmade shop!
Because each item is carefully crocheted by hand, I can only accept returns under certain conditions.
• Return Window: Please contact me within 14 days of delivery if you have any issues with your order.
• Condition: Items must be returned unused, clean, and in their original condition.
• Return Shipping: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Exclusions: Custom orders or personalized crochet items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.
Exchange Policy
Because every item is handmade and my inventory of ready-made pieces changes quickly, I do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size, colour, or item, the fastest way to get it is to:
Return your original item for a refund (following the guidelines in the Returns Policy above).
Place a new order for the alternative item through the shop.
Please note: Custom or personalized items are not eligible for exchange or return unless they arrive damaged.
