Our refund policy is designed to be fair and straightforward.1. Returns - If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.2. Refunds - Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.3. Exchanges - If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.4. Shipping Costs - Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
