Processing Times
Please allow 2–4 working days for your order to be processed and dispatched. I’ll always do my best to keep you updated.

UK Delivery
I only ship to the UK.
Evri tracked standard delivery is 2–4 working days after dispatch or Express delivery is 1-2 days after dispatch.

Returns

I want you to be happy with your purchase, I am always here to help if something isn’t right.

You have the right to cancel your online order within 7 days of receiving it.

If you wish to return an item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. You will then have a further 7 days to send the item back.

Returned items should be:
*Unworn and unused
*In their original condition
*Returned with any original packaging where possible
*Properly packaged to prevent damage during return
*Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, the cost of returning the item is the customer's responsibility.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, I will process your refund.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your jewellery arrives faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, please contact me as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging where appropriate. I will work with you to arrange a suitable remedy, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the circumstances.. You will not be responsible for return postage where the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

Handmade & Personalised Items
Because my jewellery is handmade, small variations in colour, shape, texture, and appearance may occur. These natural variations are not considered faults.
