Guitar String Bangle. Re-Purposed And Funky. A Fantastic Gift For Anyone Who Plays Guitar !

This is a very cool bangle made from my son’s old guitar string. He throws a LOT away and I really didn’t like the idea of them going into landfill or being wasted, so thought I’d try and do something with them. These bangles are the result. Each string is sterilised thoroughly. It is then twisted around itself and finished with a bead or charm and copper or silver wire. The ball end is left on and gives the bangle a quirky look . This bangle is finished with a turquoise bead with red markings and crystal rondelle beads with silver wire to compliment it. This particular one has a lot of bling going on and is on the small side so would suit a smaller wrist, – so perfect for any younger guitarists who also like a bit of glitz !
