All cards are hand stitched by me and are worked on three fold cards meaning the inside is no different from a regular card.

All cards are sent by Royal Mail, second class. There is an option to upgrade to first class postage on each item. The cards are wrapped in tissue paper and packed in a cardboard backed envelope to protect from bending.Refund Policy
The shop is happy to issue a refund if the card is not as described or you are unhappy as long as the item is returned within 14 days of receiving it.Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
I am happy to accept cancellations up until the item has been dispatched. If you are unhappy with your item please contact the shop within 14 days of receiving your item. You may return the item to the shop at which point a refund will be given. The cost of return postage will not be covered.
