Having been crafting for many years, have lots of different ones, I make handmade greeting cards and gifts with love to raise funds for Cancer Research UK, Diabetes UK and Guide Dogs for the Blind. My greeting cards are unique, original ones, different shapes and sizes, not found in shops or supermarkets, all handmade or handpainted in the North West with additional ones downloadable. My gifts are all handmade comprising at present craft kits, colouring books, mugs, pictures, candles, trays with many more planned for the future. Cards or gifts can be shipped to UK addresses whilst only cards can be shipped overseas.
Shop Policies
The postage and packaging will be determined by whether the order is for cards or gifts and will be given in the details about the item purchased. All items will be posted using Royal Mail whether to UK or overseas addresses. The postage rates are £2.99 for cards per order and £3.49 per order for gifts. (These are subject to change.)
If an order for UK addresses contains both cards and gifts the postage rate will be £3.49 per order, subject to change. Orders of £30 or more will be delivered free of postage costs. All overseas orders will be at the rate of £3.49 per order. All orders will be despatched within 3-5 working days (Monday to Friday). There may be occasional delays due to unforeseen circumstances.
If uou are not toally satisfied with your purchase or, in the unlikely event of the wrong item being sent to you, it must be returned to me within 7 days from receiving yopur purchase in its original condition in its original box or packaging, if possible. If not possible it must be returned in suitable protective packaging for a full refund. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item unless it was sent to you in error or is faulty. Any refund will be processed through the same method as on the original order. All refunds will be processed as quickly as possible but there may be delays in you receiving the cost of the item in your original payment method.
Should you for any reason need to cancel your order prior to its despatch please contact me by emailing [email protected] stating your name and order number within 3 days of placing the order. Please note, if your order has been prepared ready for despatch , cancellation can only be accepted for items where no personalisation has been requested.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 7 days from receiving your purchase as long as it is returned in its original packaging, in its original condition. I recommend that you use recorded delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of the returned item unless it has been sent in error or is faulty.
If your purchase is damaged in transit this should be notified to me by emailing [email protected] within 24 hours of yopu receiving the damaged goods.
If you change your mind and would prefer a different produCookiesct please email me within 3 days giving details of the product(s) you'd like instead. If you would like to exchange your order for a different product once the original one has been received it must be returned within 7 days in its original condition. The cost of returning your item will be your responsibility. Please email me of your wishes detailing the product(s) you wish to exchange it for.
