Shipping Policy
I normally ship sublimated gifts within 3 working days as they are made to order. Hand made items are normally shipped within 1 working day.
Refund Policy
I do allow refunds on hand made items if the seller returns the item in the same condition as I sent it. The buyer would pay for return postage. As the sublimated goods are made to order for you I do not refund unless the item arrives damaged. I would then send a replacement.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
If returning a hand made item the buyer is responsible for return postage. Also items must be returned in the same condition as when sent out. If not no refund would be applicable.
