Postal Service: all orders are sent Royal Mail Recorded First Class, to UK addresses only. Dispatch Time: whilst most orders are sent out within 2-3 days, please allow up to 5 days for dispatch. Please contact me before you place your order if you require your item sooner.Refund Policy

If you wish to return a product, you must let us know within 7 days of receiving it. You will then have another 14 days to send the item(s) back. The buyer will be responsible for the cost of return postage, must obtain proof of posting (we recommend a tracked or signed for service), and must return the items in suitable packaging. If you have not received your parcel by the due date plus ten days, please contact us so that we can pursue this with Royal Mail. Items should be returned to us in suitable packaging within 14 days of notification, and proof of postage must be obtained; once received your refund will be processed within 14 days.
