All non-custom items are eligible for cancellation according to the 14 days period mandatory within the UK. This does not apply to digital download items, no refunds will be accepted for digital items.Furthermore, exchanges can be requested within 30 days of ordering the item. Only upon receipt of the item being exchanged will the replacement item be sent out.Buyers are responsible for any delivery costs for exchanges or returns, including returning the item for exchange and paying for the postage for the replacement item.If you would like to request a cancellation, return or exchange, please reach out to inform me prior to requesting online to ensure I don't miss your request.
