Shipping Policy
Your Order will usually be despatched within 1-3 working days after your order has been placed (unless your order is personalised, then 1-3 working days following confirmation of your acceptance of the design). Your order will be shipped via Royal Mail 2nd Class Delivery (2-3 Working Days). The shipping cost will depend on the size/weight, and the value of your order (you may qualify for free shipping). Your item(s) will be very carefully packaged, to minimize the risk of any damage during transit.Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancellation: You will be entitled to a refund if you tell us within 14 days of receiving your goods that you want to cancel. You have another 14 days to return the goods once you’ve told us, for which you will be responsible for the cost of return, in the original packaging, so as to avoid any damage to the goods. Upon return, the goods must be undamaged, and in a resaleable, new condition. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, we will issue a full refund for the value of the goods returned (our initial postage costs will not be refunded), within 14 days of receiving the goods back. You do not have to provide a reason for the return, under these circumstances.
